Education Services

Train and certify your people

HPE Education Services builds the certified skills your team needs to design, deploy, secure, and operate HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and HPE compute and storage platforms, delivered through Uniqcli as your authorized HPE partner. Coverage spans HPE Aruba Networking's Associate, Professional, and Expert tiers (ACA/ACP/ACX) across campus access, switching, network security, and data center, HPE Juniper Networking's four-level JNCIA to JNCIE path across routing, switching, security, and data center, and HPE's ATP to Master ASE tracks for compute, storage, and hybrid IT. Since HPE completed its acquisition of Juniper Networks, HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Juniper Networking training now sit under one HPE Education Services umbrella, so a single engagement can build both wired/wireless campus skills and Junos routing and security skills without stitching together two vendor programs. Training is instructor-led (virtual or on-site), on-demand, or self-paced lab-based, funded by an All-Access Training Pass, purchasable training credits, or per-seat course purchase, and every learner registers under an HPE Learner ID for Pearson VUE-proctored exams. This is built for federal, SLED, healthcare, and enterprise teams buying under GPC, SAP, FAR-based orders, or GSA eBuy who need documented, role-based certification paths, not ad-hoc vendor webinars.

When to choose this

Choose Education Services when the gap is people, not hardware: a refresh lands and nobody on staff is certified on AOS-CX, Junos, or the new HPE compute/storage line, or you need documented certifications for a contract requirement. Pair it with Advisory Services for the initial design and Support Services for day-two operations. If you need HPE staff running the environment long-term instead of training your own, look at Managed Services instead.

How we engage

  1. 1

    Assess skills and map roles

We inventory who touches which platform, AOS-CX switching, Aruba wireless and ClearPass, Junos routing and SRX security, or HPE compute/storage, and map each role to the right certification track and level.

  2. 2

    Choose delivery and funding

Pick instructor-led (virtual or on-site), on-demand, or self-paced labs, then fund it with an All-Access Training Pass for unlimited access, purchased training credits, or per-course billing.

  3. 3

Set up Learner IDs and schedule

We create or locate each learner's HPE Learner ID, register them in the certification-learning.hpe.com portal, and schedule Pearson VUE-proctored written and lab exams.

  4. 4

    Train, certify, and apply

Learners complete hands-on labs on AOS-CX, ClearPass, Junos, or HPE compute/storage platforms, sit the certification exam, and apply the skills directly against your production environment.

  5. 5

    Track and refresh certifications

We track exam pass/fail results and 3-year recertification windows so credentials stay current as your team grows and the HPE Aruba/Juniper portfolio evolves.

What you get

Certification roadmap by role

A documented path per team member: which track (ACA/ACP/ACX or JNCIA-JNCIE), which exam codes, and which prerequisites apply before they sit the test.

HPE Learner ID and portal access

Every learner set up with an HPE Learner ID in the certification-learning.hpe.com portal, ready to register for courses and Pearson VUE exams.

Training credit or All-Access allocation

A funding plan, either an All-Access Training Pass for unlimited annual access or a training-credit balance sized to your team's course load.

Scheduled instructor-led sessions

VILT or on-site instructor-led courses booked against your rollout timeline, so training lands right before the platform goes live, not months ahead.

Certification tracking report

A running record of who is certified on what, exam dates, and 3-year recertification deadlines, so you can show proof of trained staff for contract or audit requirements.

Frequently asked

What certifications can our team earn on the networking side?

On HPE Aruba Networking, tracks run Associate through Expert (ACA/ACP/ACX) across campus access, switching, network security, and data center, plus specialist credentials like the Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate. On HPE Juniper Networking, the path is JNCIA (Associate) through JNCIE (Expert) across enterprise routing and switching, service provider, security, data center, and cloud tracks.

Does the Juniper acquisition change how training is delivered?

HPE completed its acquisition of Juniper Networks and the two networking businesses now operate together as HPE Networking. Juniper.net content is transitioning to HPE.com, but the JNCIA-JNCIE certification structure, exam codes, and Pearson VUE proctoring are unchanged, so existing Junos credentials carry forward.

What about training for HPE compute and storage, not just networking?

HPE runs a separate track for compute, storage, and hybrid IT: HPE ATP (Accredited Technical Professional) as the entry point, HPE ASE (Accredited Solutions Expert) for solution design and deployment depth, and Master ASE at the top. Coverage includes HPE compute solutions and storage platforms like Alletra and MSA.

How is training delivered and funded?

Courses run instructor-led (virtual or on-site), on-demand, or as self-paced labs. You fund it with an All-Access Training Pass for unlimited annual access, purchased training credits (1-year validity) applied to individual courses, or straight per-course purchase.

What do we need to register for an exam?

Each learner needs an HPE Learner ID, created in the certification-learning.hpe.com portal. Written exams are proctored through Pearson VUE; some professional and expert-level exams are hands-on lab exams. We handle Learner ID setup and exam scheduling as part of onboarding.

How long do certifications stay valid?

Both HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Juniper Networking certifications are valid for three years from the date earned, after which recertification is required. We track expiration dates across your team so credentials don't lapse mid-contract.
