Lifecycle check

Is this HPE part still supported?

Send the part number. We’ll verify the lifecycle status and propose current replacements. A specialist replies by email.

01

Send the part number

One SKU or a model name is enough. Add the product name if you have it.

02

We verify the status

A specialist checks the part against HPE, Aruba, and Juniper lifecycle bulletins, end-of-sale and end-of-support alike.

03

You get the options

If it's discontinued, we come back with the current successors we can quote, and what changes in the move.

Lifecycle check questions

What do you actually check?

The published HPE, Aruba, and Juniper lifecycle position for the part you send: whether it is still orderable, when end-of-sale was announced, and where support stands. We confirm against the vendor's own bulletins rather than repeating a third-party list.

Do I need a serial number?

No. A part number or model name is enough for a lifecycle check. Serial-level entitlement questions go to HPE support, and we can point you at the right path if that is what you need.

Will you just send me a quote?

Only if you ask for one. Tick the replacement box and you'll get current successor options with pricing; leave it unticked and you'll get the lifecycle answer on its own.

The part is still supported. Then what?

Then we tell you that, and you keep running it. A check that comes back clean is a useful answer, and we would rather give you one than manufacture a refresh.

Can you check a list of parts?

Yes. Send one part here to open the conversation, or use the BOM builder if you have a full inventory to work through.
